We recommend that all visitors, except RZSS members, book in advance to get the best rate. You could save around 10% compared to buying tickets on the day! You can arrive at any time after your timeslot and can stay as long as you like until the park closes. Please note pets, except assistance dogs, are not permitted into the park, including the car park

Our ticket prices include a small voluntary donation. For less than a price of a cup of coffee you’ll be supporting our charity’s conservation work both here in Scotland and around the world! And by adding Gift Aid your donation will go even further. 

If you have admissions vouchers, corporate tickets, complimentary tickets, reciprocal zoo membership, adopter tickets, a Blue Peter badge or a ticket from one of our ticketing partners then no need to pre book. Please just bring the ticket or relevant proof and present on arrival.
